This apparently interrupted Vaughn's pedo action. He heard a cops knock at his door. So he decided to get rid of the evidence -- by dropping the kid from his second story window. He then told the officer at the door that he hadn't seen the child.
Unfortunately for Captain Shithead, another cop had seen him drop the boy out of a window. The window also showed that the screen had been broken out.
While police interviewed the degenerate, Vaughn also admitted to forcing another 3-year-old boy in the same building to give him a blow job last month.
The confession leaves his serial pedophilia on hold for some time. He's been charged with kidnapping, sexual battery and reckless endangerment in the latest incident, and rape of a child in the previous incident.
