Sometime during the span he was supposed to be babysitting the child, Sheppard called the boy's parents, telling them that the baby was bleeding and struggling to breathe. By the time they arrived home, the boy's lips were turning blue.

He was rushed to a hospital in Washington, D.C. That's where doctors discovered the boy had a torn colon. They were forced to fit him with a colostomy bag, since his colon was too damaged to work properly. They believe it will take multiple surgeries before it's finally repaired.

The injury posed natural problems for Sheppard, since small children rarely tear their colons while taking a nap. Police asked the shithead what happened. He admitted to raping the little kid so violently it may have caused permanent damage.
